SolFin also engages in private equity investments through the acquisition of minority stakes in Brazilian private companies. Conceptually, SolFin participates actively in the management of the invested companies through presence in the board of directors collaborating with the management on a daily basis.
In the first quarter of 2011, SolFin will expand its activities with the launch of its first Private Equity Investment Fund - FIP.
