Controlled by SolFin Investimentos, as the majority shareholder, and by Financial Crédito S.A., as the minority shareholder. Financial Crédito SA ("FinCred") is a specialty finance company and asset manager that focuses on building long-term value and generating competitive risk-adjusted returns by managing its activities with a patient, disciplined and fundamentalist approach and using moderate leverage.
FinCred's core business strategy consists of investing in financial assets, such as: mezzanine securities/loans, mortgage-backed securities, asset - backed securities, high yield bonds and distressed credit. Additionally, it makes investments in other asset classes which include real estate and infrastructure credit.
SolFin Financial Holdings also acts as a vehicle for private equity investments, either directly or through companies established with the specific purpose of making investments in small – and medium - sized companies which present a great potential for growth, professional management and concern for the environment.
